Return/Reprint/Damage Policy


My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your printed order, contact me within 30 days and I will work with you and the company I use for printing services, in getting it reprinted/returned.

You are responsible for previewing your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing the order. These features include spelling, grammar, positioning of text, orientation/cropping of images and other services such as paper choice and finish options.

If you are ordering prints to coordinate with the colors of your current home decor make certain those colors match, as I will not be able to have your prints returned nor exchanged.

To request a refund, please contact me with the following:

  • Order number
  • Item description
  • Brief explanation as to why you would like a refund or description of damage


Damaged Order

Every order is packaged as carefully as possible to withstand courier handling. If you receive damaged prints from courier damage, notify me immediately. Contact me within 10 days so that I may have your prints replaced immediately. If possible please include photos showing the damage to the packaging and then to the print itself.


Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can not be returned nor exchanged nor refunded.



The watermark in the lower right corner on images will not appear on the final print nor on final print showcase products.
